Description

Material
Housing steel.
Coil housing plastic.
Permanent magnet hard ferrite or NdFeB.
Note
The permanent electromagnet can fixate workpieces permanently. When a current (direct current) is applied, the coil in the core either neutralises the magnetic field or increases the magnetic force (depending on the current direction). The red wire denotes the positive terminal (+), the brown wire the negative terminal (-). Once switched off, the effect is deactivated.

The permanent electromagnets are secured using the threads on the rear. The electrical connection is via bare wires.

The specified magnetic forces may be reduced depending on the material thickness and surface finish of the material.
Technical Data
Voltage: 24V DC.
Rating: up to IP 65.
Temperature range: up to 155 °C (insulation class F).
Duty cycle: 10 %.
Application
The permanent electromagnets are used for holding, supporting and fixating ferromagnetic workpieces, especially where long holding times without energy consumption is required.
On request
Voltage 12V DC.
