Piano hinges with gooseneck and double joint for movable, flush-fitting constructions

Hinges connect components and ensure that doors, hatches or panels can be moved reliably. It is difficult when housing front panels should be flush faced, or when edges, profiles and seals get in the way when opening. In this case hinges are required that do more than just join things. For these applications, norelem offers highly flexible piano hinges with a gooseneck and an integrated double joint.

For housing and panelling with flush fronts and complex installation scenarios, norelem’s piano hinges offer two specialised solutions: gooseneck and double-jointed designs. Both versions ensure that doors and hatches can be operated safely while being space-saving, even whith obstructing contours.

Gooseneck piano hinges: flexible, precise and robust

These gooseneck piano hinges are fitted inside the housing and are suitable for applications where the hinges should not be visible. This protects them from vandalism, dirt and the elements. Typical applications include switchbox construction, machine and vehicle construction and high-quality furniture and interior fittings.

They are available in two versions: with a 90 degree opening angle for space-saving, right-angled openings, and with a 120 degree opening angle for particularly free access during maintenance and servicing work.
